SARC had a booth at the Schaumburg National Night Out event which was very well attended.
Planning continues in support the Village of Schaumburg’s request for volunteers in the role of additional eyes and ears for it’s Septemberfest 3 day event . We will have volunteers for the parade and the three day Festival on the grounds of the Prairie Arts Center Thus far, we have 22 members who have volunteered participation.
SARC additionally has been been granted a courtesy booth on Sunday and Monday of Septemberfest. Finding additional volunteers to staff the booth is going to be a challenge.
SARC was also given an opportunity to submit a club “advertisement” slide as part of the video presentations running continuously throughout the festival grounds. Kirk Musselman, K9MSG has submitted a great looking slide consistent with their specifications.
